Your free newsletter isn't growing? This simple hack will fix that.
Writing is not enough. This one simple habit sets Substack bestsellers and 7-figure writers apart. It takes just 15 minutes per day.

You write engaging content that stops the scroll and makes people think.
You have killer CTAs.
No subscribers.
Why?
I figured there’s one tiny habit that sets Substack Bestsellers and 7-figure writers apart.
Use of social media.
Some choose X. Others pull subscribers from LinkedIn. And BlueSky is the new rising star on the horizon.
The problem?
Posting is not helping. You need to engage on the platform to gain traction and eventually grow subscribers with your lead magnet.
But this takes way too much time.
It’s frustrating.
It feels transactional. Most people simply try to sell you something and don’t care who you are.
It’s impossible to grow with more than 1–2 subscribers per day unless you have a huge audience that takes years to build.
Until today.
Today, you can earn anything between 20 and 50 and why not even 100 new subscribers per day.
It takes me just 15 minutes / day.
How?
Using Notes.
But most writers ignore it.
They feel it’s tedious to engage with others and put effort into writing an impactful Note. For me it’s actually enjoyable. I find much more valuable content out there, especially compared to platforms like Medium.
What do I do to grow?
Simple:
Post 3 to 5 Notes per day
Stay açtıve, answer to comments
Read & share other people’s content
My experience:
0 Notes / day = 0 new subs / day
1 Note / day = 2–5 new subs / day
3–5 Notes / day = 10–20 new subs / day
It’s that simple!
Is it really 15 minutes?
Roughly yes.
How?
I use my custom GPT to write highly engaging Substack Notes that go viral. It takes me seconds to generate 4 ideas for a Note:
Inspirational
Educational
Entertaining
Growth / Solving a problem
I trained this GPT with tons of viral Notes I collected from the platform — mine and also other people’s Notes.
It writes high-quality short-form content you could use for Notes, but also for X, LinkedIn and BlueSky if you’d like.
It then takes me a few minutes to edit and post.
The rest of the time I use to answer comments and interact.
That’s it!
If you’re not on Substack Notes you're falling behind the writing game.
The time is NOW to be there.
It’s the ONLY place where you can grow an email list organically THAT FAST.
