New Subscriber Benefits
A new Substack column about growing paid subscribers, a new monthly Substack Notes challenge, and Killer Headline Generator GPT are now part of your subscription
I’ve just finished writing my master’s thesis in Finance.
Phew, that was a pain in the ass! You know 70 pages in that formal language and all those references…not the kind of writing I love….
But now it’s done!
Finished!
Over!
A big relief….
It must have been good, because I received an invitation to jump into a PhD (crazy!)
Hey, don’t worry, I won’t do that (for now :D). I have some important stuff to do here.
So now I’m all in the game!
First things first: I updated your subscriber benefits!
Here’s what’s new:
1. A new GPT that generates killer headlines that go viral
Writing titles can be a pain in the ass. It’s no secret most of us struggle with that part, and we all know it’s 80% of your article's success.
So I decided to make my and your life easier and put some effort into training this GPT.
I used my headline writing rules derived from the extensive analysis I’ve been doing with ChatGPT on my writing on Medium. It’s also trained on 100+ article headlines, which were written in 2024 and which received 2000+ claps on Medium.
It’s now part of the CREATIVETECH HUB and, as usual, paid subscribers have access to it and can start using it right away!
You can find the GPT here. Paid subscribers: get your 100% discount code here.
More GPTs will be coming in the future.
2. A new monthly Substack Notes writing challenge
Starting next week, every last week of the month you will receive your challenge for next month:
A set of ideas and templates on how to effectively use Substack notes to grow your subscribers list.
±30 questions - one for each day of the month, which you can use as writing prompts to craft your Notes
I’ll follow up with you in the chat to share results, experiences, and insights.
All challenges, as well as additional insights how to use Notes to grow your subscribers list faster will be listed in the new dedicated Notes30 Challenge section.
I recently started using Notes daily. My list grew with 10+ new subscribers per day, which is now nearing 20. As usual, I want to share how I do that with you.
“But Yana, I need paid subscribers!”
I know, I know…
You’re not alone!
I thought about it. Here it comes…
3. A new Substack column dedicated to growing paid subscribers
Substack is not like writing on any other platform. It’s a business, not just a side hustle or a hobby. Like every business, you need to create a product, then you need to start promoting it and actually selling it. This takes solid product, marketing and sales skills, all of which I already have.
Up to now, I grew with at least one paid subscriber with every post behind the paywall and up to now I wasn’t writing consistently. Again, I want to share how I do that with you.
You’ll find everything about this topic in the dedicated Write2Sell column. I will publish at least once per week and I’ll also have a pinned post containing links to all posts organized by subtopics.
And a few more new things:
Also, because I frequently get questions about how to start writing, I will be publishing the following two guides:
My Medium Kick-Starter - the exact steps on how to make your first $500 on Medium (coming soon)
My Substack Kick-Starter - the exact steps on how to gain your first 1000 subscribers on Substack (coming soon)
They will be available for free on Gumroad. It will take a bit of time, so stay tuned.
I also organized all subscriber benefits in this post, which I will keep up to date. You can find it in a dedicated tab.
Oh, and an update on the CREATIVETECH HUB:
Writing online takes a lot of effort. Loads of manual work. Time consuming…
And social media? Even more…
I love automation. That’s why I started studying AI and Python programming! Now that I finished my thesis, I will go back to my tech projects.
Now I’m building the CREATIVETECH HUB as a place for tools and resources that make a writer’s life easier. Right now a tiny fraction of it is on Gumroad until the website becomes ready. It’s not going to be just a content library. It’s gonna be backed by technology and I promise you’ll love it.
Paid subscribers will have full access, so stay tuned ;)
For now, I have the Gumroad version in the form of Excels and GPTs. It is what it is…
I hope you like it.
Share your thoughts
When you talk, I listen.
Let me know how can I improve the benefits for you!
I know negative (or should I say “constructive”) feedback is not easy to share, but I promise you I’m used to it and I know how to take it. I’m the kind of person who actually welcomes it! It’s because I know this is the only way you improve. If you only get Bravos you won’t get much further. You learn that in a 9-5 on a B-1 level like mine.
So please, be honest and let me know:
Love them?
Miss something?
Need improvement?
Let me know by filling out the form below:
If you feel there’s room for improvement, you miss something, or you need something else, please drop a line at: yana@creativetech.consulting. I read and personally reply to every email, usually within a day or two.
As always, if you have any questions, or need help or support, you can reach out to me at any time over email, or DM me on the web.
Thanks for being with me!
Yana
Always delivering, thanks for the great benefits.
I was looking at ways to improve my upgrade offer, and this brought everything into perspective for me.
It's a great model and structure, I'll be sure to upgrade soon!
