It is a great remedy isn’t it? I feel any change in the barometric pressure as well, but I defuse the oil first as I posted in your comment section of your note, because it’s the quickest for me, and then I add a drop to my herbal tea for more of a systemic remedy and longevity. Jim, I am a person that reacts very quickly and it has served me well in my healthcare professional career - not so much in my personal life.

What I have learned to do is to observe first and wait. When I use this observation, it allows my brain and my body to process that observation and more times than most, the reaction is not even close to what it had been, if I had not stood back and observed first.
