I've been guilty of overthinking for a long time.

Great advice. Today my schedule reflects slothfulness. Normally I'm going 100mph but not so today. I've just been out of sync this week.

Certainly understand I run at that speed as well, but your body is telling you that you need to slow down and you need to rest. Sounds like you're listening to your body, which is a wonderful thing and it will thank you.

The other thing it's a good weekend to watch college football if you like it because all the different bowl games are starting the SEC championship is tomorrow with one of my teams, even though I don't like their coach or their quarterback and I don't know how we win these games, but we do.

Plus, it'll be unseasonably cool for us so good time for College Football and to rest 😉

Yes, college football will be on this weekend. My son and I countdown the weeks between seasons.

Nothing like a little stress to kick off the morning.

My mornings are very routine. Coffee first or I don't function, let's the dogs out. I fill their food and water bowls. Then take 15 minutes of me time to read my devotional with coffee in hand. My favorite part of the day.

I saw it coming down from Canada. Beautiful here today but we’re going to dip down tomorrow night. My sister in Atlanta said it was very very windy and felt much colder today. They’re going to get it tonight too. Thank God for heated foot warmers and furry companions. Stay warm 🤗

We must take care of ourselves first. A hard lesson to learn, especially if we’re a caregiver. But we must.

After the holiday, I have to get back off the sugar wagon. I don't eat candy, cake, or sweets, nor drink sodas, but this past week, I ate enough for the rest of the year. I've also been so sluggish this week my body didn't appreciate my food choices.

When you're not used to it and you start putting the sugar in which is just gonna make you more addictive to it and want more of it. Yeah the body will definitely respond usually not in a positive way..

It's OK to do everything in moderation except certain things like soft drinks and other things like that that really cause harm to our bodies.

Never! Denise I have never let anything keep me down especially doubt. Whatever keeps knocking us down, allows us to get up even stronger and more resilient. Thank you 🙏

I still haven't learned that worry is a waste of energy. Without fail when I lay down for the night my mind goes into overdrive. 99% of the fear/worry my mind puts me through never comes to fruition.
