Neuroplasticity I haven’t heard that one in a little while 🥳. Reminds me of my time in the ICUs. Your article has good information and simple so people can understand.

Thanks a bunch Kathleen! I have to gel things down to simple to understand and that what I love sharing. Trig class in high school gave me a fit until I could make simple sense of it. Then, I became a tutor 🤪

Great post, Warren! We are aligned. I was sad to see I was unable to support you by commenting since only paid subs could comment.

I mostly do these, Warren. Thank you for reminding me to do them more.

Stretching before getting out of bed is very helpful as bodies age. It's like idling the car for a few minutes before taking off, which allows the engine oil to coat surfaces.

These work well, I do all three plus a few more 😉.

You are amazing and thank you for being vulnerable and showing us part of you 🤗💕🎉

I think a lot of us have more in common than each of us know.

On a sidenote, I’m really good at reading people and their faces as well - some call it a gift, I called it a curse, because I can always tell when somebody’s lying to me.

Maybe I should play poker ♠️♥️♣️♦️

Yes, we have more in common than expected! An uplifting realization, Kathleen 🙏

Love this Juan. By the way, I’m a prepper so I’ve learned a lot of the life skills and survival skills which I think will come in very handy beyond the hurricanes and bad weather in America. Also grow food on 10 acres. Very much agree with you and think this was very well written.

Great content. A must read.

Thanks for the kind words! I've been getting more and more into that prepper lifestyle. I believe those skills will be very useful in coming years with the unpredictability of the weather (and the people in charge of countries).

You better believe it- the World Food Bank announced is last year - seven years of famine from 2025 to 2032 and they know. They have announced it and they’re going to say we told you so people should’ve prepared. The other thing they are charging people in countries (and it will be globally) a carbon tax so even buying whether it’s meat, vegetables or fruit it doesn’t matter you’re gonna pay a tax on it,

The thing is to grow your own food and grow it discreetly if you can. People aren’t gonna be able to handle what’s about to happen and it won’t be long. I’ve been preparing for over seven years and also with protection to protect everything I’ve got. I’m not a negative person. I’m just a realist.

And I think of it this way OK say they lied to us and didn’t tell us the truth about what’s coming then with inflation and everything else going on. I have a lot including a few hundred thousand heirloom seeds, so I will not need to buy any more seeds with those and I got everything at a really good price because when I started buying, it was a whole lot cheaper than it is today and it’s gonna be a whole lot cheaper, if you can even get it in the future.

People also better have water without- water we can’t live that many days. You can live a whole without food…..whether they collecting it or getting it out of streams, rivers, they can dig area we call Sandpoint wells - as long as you have a little bit of strength and the proper supplies to do it with. Florida doesn’t take too far down to get the water. Plus we have the Aquaphor that’s filtering it. water is the number one thing and people can think of bottled water but I wouldn’t go that route.
