In today’s Spotlight Session, I’m talking to , who is an RN Holistic Health Consultant and a former holistic nurse, who has helped more than thousands of people get rid of stress and live a healthy life.
Kathleen had a stressful life. She has dealt with things like smoking and addictions, even mental health issues, but she managed to overcome all of these at age 27 and she’s now clean and sober for 37 years.
That’s when she decided to become a holistic nurse.
But at age 60 something happened.
She went through a drastic life-changing event which made her resign and come to Substack to do something she now calls “her calling”.
That’s how her Substack “Transform to Wellness” was born.
Watch the video to hear her story and learn more about:
Where do most skin issues come from
Why the microbiome is not only about the guts
What’s the essential oil everyone needs to have in the house
And also: what is the Microbiome Program is all about, how you can get it and so much more!
Her approach is different: she doesn’t do band-aids, she doesn’t treat the symptoms like everyone else does. She gets to the root cause and addresses it directly in a holistic way.
“You can’t change the system, but you can change one person at a time” Kathleen says.
You’ll also learn about her Substack journey and particularly how:
she approached Substack not knowing how to write and what to do on the platform.
the Notes Challenge and the Unplugged community helped her grow on Substack.
working with someone who “knows what they’re doing” can accelerate your growth on Substack.
Watch the episode till the end to get a sneak peek of what’s coming up in 2025 - you’ll be amazed!
And remember to post your questions to Kathleen in the comments :)
