Substack Notes30 Challenge: October 2024
The new Notes Challenge comes with a new Engagement Strategy to attract the right subscribers, a new Canva Template for an image-only Note, and a daily tracking templates.
The September Notes30 Challenge is OVER, and it’s been an amazing month!
I want to personally thank some of the most active members during the whole Challenge (this was intensive, phew!):
| | | | | |I know it wasn’t easy, so BIG THANK YOU!
And Congrats!!!
We made it!!!
Here’s what Hakima shared with me about the challenge:
If you, like Hakima, think this only works for content about making money online, it’s not! Hakima writes about intimacy, tantra, and other self-improvement topics. Initially, she also thought that, but now she’s getting results:
“I had no faith that I could do anything regarding my industry but the results are surprising and I'm gaining free subscribers every day!!!! CRAZY!!! Plus it's really helping me bringing more clarity to my work and my offfer.”
Other members who stayed consistent also started seeing great results.
And I’ve got my first Note with 100 likes! It was posted on September 5th, and it’s still getting traction.
With that said….
Time to kick-off October!
If we look at the 5 elements you need to master to grow your paid subscribers, Notes cover a huge part of Marketing and some parts of Sales, Relationship building, and Writing.
It’s the best and fastest way to grow your subscribers!
My Substack Notes performance update:
261 subscribers
17 paid members
6.5% conversion rate!!!
It’s my best-performing acquisition channel.
BUT….
But from our discussions in the chat, I see many of us struggling with gaining traction on Notes. That’s mostly because your audience is still small.
So.
To address that, in October I’m including my strategy on:
How to interact and engage on Substack, while using Notes, to:
Get your Notes noticed
Attract more new subscribers
Make sure they are convertible to paid
